About this Beer

Crisp Pilsner collaboration between Mascot Brewery and Red Shoes Brewing, brewed at our Toronto taprooms. Built on the same Pilly backbone, then finished with a generous Hallertau dry-hop that pushes the noble-hop character further into bright citrus and a deeper bitter grip. Limited collab release.
