Mascot Brewery makes beer with hella flavour for chill people.
Three locations. LCBO distribution. Culture on tap.
Craft beer has an inclusivity problem. Too often it's built for a narrow crowd — the hops nerds, the checklist drinkers, the ones who speak in IBUs.
Mascot doesn't do that. Chill Craft is the idea that great beer and good vibes aren't mutually exclusive. You can care deeply about the craft — the ingredients, the process, the balance — and still just want to hang out with your friends and have a good time.
We make beer that speaks to culture. That means diverse, welcoming, and unpretentious — in the liquid and in the atmosphere. The goal is to make people feel like they belong, not like they need to prove something.
Instead of trying to conform to a craft beer industry that lacks diversity and inclusivity, we chose to carve our own path.— Aaron Prothro, Founder & CEO
Czech-style Pilsner · 5% ABV
Crisp, dry palate. Lemony citrus up front. Tropical and pine undertone. Smooth, distinct bitterness. The beer that defines Mascot's house style.
Floral, fruity aromatics. Crackery malt sweetness. Crisp, clean finish. Crushable.
Named for the Black samurai. Clean, dry finish. Puffed rice cracker notes. Rounded sake-like body.
Roasted caramel. Fresh baked rye bread. Approachable dark beer. As crushable as it is delicious.
English malt bill. Biscuit and caramel. East King Golding hops. Well-rounded and clean.
The original. Secret beer garden out back, street patio out front, two bars, a bottle shop and a full menu. Steps from the Convention Centre and the Royal Alex. This is the one people think of when they say "Mascot."
The production house. Where the brewing happens. Also a full brewpub, restaurant with weekend brunch, beer garden, bottle shop, and massive event space. The new wing opens June 12 with a skate park, 150-seat patio, and Matt Basile's restaurant.
The third location. Expanding Mascot's footprint north with the same chill energy, local favourite beer, and approachable vibe.
