About this Beer

Japanese Rice Lager brewed as a tribute to Yasuke, the historical Black samurai who arrived in Japan alongside the Portuguese in the 16th century. Clean, dry, with puffed-rice cracker notes and the soft rounded body of a sake — brewed at Mascot's Toronto taprooms with koji-cured rice and pilsner malt.
